The small print:
- A workforce member is anyone whose conduct is under the direct control of the practice, e.g., provider, employee, contractor (depends on how much control), volunteer.
- If you have multiple practice locations register each location separately under unique email addresses. For example, if you have two locations, one has 8 workforce members and the other has 15, you'd register once for a Small plan and register again, using a different email, for a Medium plan. A person working at both locations needs to be counted twice.
- HIPAAMATE is not appropriate for large health care organizations, e.g., the Service is not intended for use by a business that has full-time IT employees, uses sophisticated IT software monitoring tools, or has complex IT infrastructure needs.
- For a full refund, you must contact us and request a refund within 14 days following the date you create a HIPAAMATE account. Refunds will not be issued if your refund request is received after the initial 14 days. Your account will be terminated once a refund is issued.
